I live my neighbors tree!
I took the leaf pictures this past fall and just took the bare tree pics today (beginning of march)

I do not have a pic of the whole tree leafed out but do recall the leaves where darker on the interior shades portions of the tree.

Any help appreciated

I couldn't say for sure the name of this tree.
However if like stunning red autumn colour, then you will not be disappointed with a multi stem Japanese maple. "osakazuki"
