Hubby bought this plant for me...no identifying marker with it...might it be a kind of moss?...it has tiny "roots" reaching out from under some of its branches...need to know its light & water requirements. Thanks!

I agree, a type of Selaginella, possibly a variety of S. kraussiana: https://garden.org/plants/sear...

It reminds me a little of Golden Club Moss (Selaginella kraussiana) that I had a few years ago.

The only time I ever successfully grew Selaginella was in a terrarium. They need very high humidity.

Interesting thing about true mosses:

Selaginella martensii.
Club mosses are not "true mosses", and have true roots.
