Future Design is a hard plant for me to give a performance appraisal. I received it perhaps 10 years ago. It got overshadowed a bit by taller daylilies, but I have had that happen to other plants and they might struggle a bit, but still bloom. I thought this one had died. After a few years I realized there were still some tiny fans there and moved it to full sun with no competition. It took another 3 or 4 years to give a few blooms, very pretty blooms, but not a lot. Maybe it does not like my climate. I still have it, but not sure why.
