Amaryllis changing color in the Ask a Question forum

Last year I had a bed of white with red stripe amaryllis and red amaryllis. This year, I only have white with red stripe amaryllis. And they have multiplied. I have no red amaryllis this year. Is it possible that that my red amaryllis have changed their color to white?
