Im a little late to the party, just checked in . I do have this and just like the pictures above, a good grower with lots of buds that sit right above the leaves.

I planted ROTKB in the Spring of 2021. It was my first Judy Davisson plant! I got a grand total of one flower that summer. By October, it was up to 5 fans, which is where it has stayed. This summer, it bloomed from June 27th to July 7th with at least 20 blooms. It's such a cutie! Very little to have an unusual form, a nice clear school bus yellow. And it's nice that it blooms EM.

2023 update…lots of bloom this year on this little cutie! Blooming from June 18-July 12, I counted over 82 blooms this season…it also managed to almost double itself by October, ending at 8 fans. I think it's pretty happy!
