I'm trying to germinate vegetable seeds in small biodegradable starting pots. Where I live it is averaging about 70 degrees during the day at this time. And during the night averaging in the 40s, but still high probability of frost to come. I was wondering if it is ok to leave my seeds outside in the sunlight during the day and bring them inside during the night time. Or if I should just leave them inside full-time in a sunny windowsill until they germinate and sprout ?

Heat will help seeds germinate but sun will not, unless they are a type of seed that needs light to germinate. I can't think of any vegetable seeds in that category.
