Hey y'all!

I just wanted to share my Distant Drums just bloomed this morning and oh my!
It's gorgeous. The foliage is deep green and I'm SO happy I got one!

I'm so bad at explaining things but here goes, Go to the upper part of the title page where it says Data Base" and click it and then type in the name of the rose. Pictures of DD will come up. Scroll down until you see "add an Image' Add your lovely picture. Welcome to the site.....

That rose is definitely a keeper. When it first came out I only saw photos of it, but not "in person", and wasn't all that taken by it.
Then I saw it at a nursery and had to have it...so I got one.
Great color, fragrance, and disease resistance. It REALLY looks amazing when planted en masse.

Don't worry. We have had brutal summers the past 3 years and mine did just fine.
