Violet Angel has been a very strong grower in my garden. I got a division from Raven in 2017, and it has clumped up quickly. It bloomed for well over a month in my garden in 2018. It has strong scapes and lovely foliage. It is also pod and pollen fertile. This is one I highly recommend!
The colour can change slightly with the weather. The first bloom photo was taken in July when it was very warm, and the next two were the final blooms late in August when it was cooler.
