It's an oak of some sort. I'm not sure which ones are native, or grown in your area, but the leaf is similar to a Red Oak.. Quercus rubra.

The "bristle tips" on the lobes puts it into the group of red oaks but I can't say which species. The SE US has lots of the red oaks that can look very similar.
