Last year I dug up an overgrown bed of daylilies. This spring a few of them came back, lots of healthy foliage but no sign of flowering. Will these ever bloom again?

@samsgram2, Welcome!
Not familiar with your zone, but still I think they will bloom again, it will just take time.
By "dug up an overgrown bed of daylilies", does that mean you simply divided the daylilies in that bed, or dig you actually did them all up, and a few of them have managed to regrow? Did you just toss all the plants you dug?
Either way, I would expect them to rebloom again. Maybe not this year, but some might, and even more the next year.

I know a couple people in your zone who are not seeing scapes yet, and yours may be a little later even from being divided

Nancy (alilyfan) is right. Depending on where you are in Wisconsin you very well may see scapes soon. I live in lower Wisconsin, zone 5a, and I noticed scapes on ONE seedling so far and ONE of the registered daylilies. So, samsgram2, don't give up yet. Give it time.

Thanks! I'm zone 5 also and am happy to hear my lily survivors might just be slow to flower. Another thing to chalk up to our awful weather this spring.

I'm in Ohio, and so far I've only had ONE daylily bloom. I've gotten blooms on several that I received this Spring from southern states, but only a single established plant has bloomed for me.

The tomatoes are also not loving this cold, wet spring.
