Everything seems to be struggling to reach the sun... little bit of eastern sun in the morning (seen in pic) but mostly just sun at the very end of the day to the west, hence everybody doing the "headtilt" to the right haha

It may be time to do that but let me add this idea.
If this is your property and you would like to save the garden as is, why not paint the fence white? You can take advantage of the limited sun/light by painting it white and reflecting what light you do have as you increase the intensity a little.
It is work to change the greenery and plants. And it is an expense! Consider that when it comes to the expense and work of painting the fence white.

@crawgarden Nothing seems to be dying off, just kinda doing a lean haha. The lavender IS doing well right now and the bumblebees are loving it... I was thinking of possibly moving the shasta daisy to the front though and trying to plant something more shade loving... suggestions?
