I have a pepper called 'Christmas Bell' (Uba Tuba) on the seed packet. Is that the same thing as Ubatuba Cambuci? They look the same.

Just a hint. This is largely a "chat" forum, so if you have a pepper question, it better go in one of the uber long pepper chat threads. Of course, what happens then is that the question just disappears in the pile, ideally once someone answers it. There are other forums that are better for specific gardening questions.

I believe Uba Tuba is indeed the flying saucer shaped Ubatuba Cambuci. Certainly also looks like a Christmas bell.

O.K. Thank you. I wondered if this was the correct forum. I posted something somewhere a couple years ago about a different chile pepper and it was a pretty active thread. I'll try to hunt that down.
