I envy your plant sale; I wish I had something like that nearby. 'Red Howler' sounds like something out of Harry Potter!
RE: Fence wire in rolls. Be very careful handling these (you probably already know this, but doesn't hurt to remind). If you get your fingers between the wires and the roll "springs" open, you can really get your fingers pinched badly. Wear heavy gloves even if they seem awkward. Great pics!

Thanks for the fence wire advice but, yes been there done that. Always keep a spare set of fingers in the workshop just in case. The other caution is unrolling the wire down the driveway to cut a 60 or 70 ft length. You put a heavy weight on one end and then start pushing the roll down the driveway. If that weight comes off the end when you're down the other end of the driveway with the main roll - look out!!
The fun part is using trees as post and threading the fence through the forest to take advantage of as many trees as possible. Its not like putting a fence around a field where everything is straight lines.

Lay the fence down with a weight on it, then run your truck onto it to hold it steady while you unroll it down the driveway? Of course, if you let go of your end and it recoils you may have shattered headlights! There's no easy way to do fencing... And by gum, Yes, I keep a spare set of fingers in the left hand drawer of my desk too!
