Typically I wouldn't even ask this question. ..
The only reason I would think it's not a weed is this pots been plants for awhile, so I found it a little odd that it just spouted a random weed.
So since I am far from a professional gardener lol I thought I would double check that this is just a weed.....

I totally agree with that thinking! You have no idea how many plants Iv saved from others trash cans lol lol. I just can't imagine leaving it to die!!
Also Iv surly kept some 'weeds' in my gardening life. Lol
