Does anyone know of an online source for clematis nepaulensis,seeds or plant? I know chilterns and plant world has them but I don't have a certificate to order seeds overseas.Thanks for any help.

Far Reaches Farm might have something. They collect and sell rare plants. I know they have Clematis repens. Not sure about nepaulensis

There is no Clematis nepaulensis. Do you mean Clematis napaulensis or Clematis nepalensis? If it's napaulensis, there are no U.S. sources listed on HMF Clematis. If it's nepalensis, that's now a synonym for Clematis barbellata.
