Very rare to have seedlings flowers at only one year. Rotten timing though!!
I agree, keep it going with heat and light but no need to fertilize.
One caveat: when it blooms and you might find yourself disappointed at its color, remember that climate conditions can affect the color of the flower, so don't judge it on its first blooms. When it blooms in subsequent years in better conditions it may change quite a bit.
This is one reason why I am keeping this ho-hum light pink seedling that bloomed this week for the first time. Maybe it will be more impressive in summer heat. At least it has a great scent!
