Thank you and God bless, read your bible, grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, He died for our sins and the salvation of our soul depends solely in Him..

Downside is that my hands are tied for this whole week so I can't help if you would want this earlier

I have it growing out of the chimney we haven't used in years, all over the brick of my house. I cut it down & it grows back. I'm about to resort to using chemicals.

there is some confusion.
Trumpet vine is also known as hummingbird vine (campsis radicans).
Brugmansia and datura are not generally called trumpet vine.
This is the reason that most of us google up the botanical name of the plant when we post... So that we can all be on the same page...
Good luck finding your brugmansia seeds... They aren't easy to get them to form at my house... Datura is fairly easy.
As far as poison... They aren't all that poison...
In my experience... It seems to require a large amount of seeds eaten to have hallucinations... And while cutting down brugmansias with a chainsaw without wearing protective glasses gets juice and sawdust in my eyes.... And causes pupil dialation... like at the eye dr....
I never got a large enough dose that way to experience a trip.... Although it is uncomfortable.
There are varying amounts of toxicity.... Calling everything poisonous that has a small amount of toxicity is misleading...
For instance... One castor bean well chewed is said to cause death...
A handful of Nandina berries will kill a migrating song bird...
I don't know the dose of datura / brugmansia that would cause death... Or if there is one... I've only heard of people getting themselves in bad situations... Like drowning or dieing of exposure.
Most people grow brugmansia from cuttings.

There's no way I can grow the brugmansia out here in the vegas desert, I read they CSN only survive in tropical climate, I was just venting wishful thinking

not sure that you couldn't grow brugs out there... if you have access to water and organic soil amendments...
I'm practically in the desert here.... 100 feet+ of bottomless white sand, and constant drought... and I grow them without a drop of additional water.... they don't bloom much that way.... but they survive...
when I was in the clay, they grew a lot better, drought and all.
