This is a splendid front of the border plant with bright, clean, eye popping color. The plant habit is excellent with flawless foliage and it increases quickly. Flowers are perfectly formed with great substance that stand up to rain. Highly recommended as a high performance daylily! It's a shorter daylily...around 20" with some unusual form characteristics. Bob Selman has produced several interesting unusual form daylilies using LIP SMACK as a parent that are equally eye catching.

I can add nothing more, just repeat what was said already. A great front of the border plant. I keep trying to downsize, I have several in this color range but this will definitely be stsying.

I received this one as a bonus from Blue Ridge in June. I planted in a patio pot for now due to the height. I usually like a plant a bit taller than the registered 20 inches, but I love the yellow and red color combination. It did not bloom this season, but the foliage is healthy and it has increased to four fans.
