Looking back at its genetics, it is incredible that this pattern eye and petal color appear in your daylily. I would never have guessed its parents. It is a striking flower. Does it color change throughout the day?

I kept and registered two sibs from this cross because they were unexpected. This one does become more dark purple in the heat of the day. I like working in different directions with genetics. Thank you for the question!
