I have had Brave World for years. Until about 3 years ago it did not have many buds, maybe 5 per scape. I was going to get rid of it, but I do like the color so I gave it another chance and moved it. Same sun conditions, only about 10 feet away. It took off and has been blooming really well since then. Blooms well out of the foliage, very hardy although it did not multiply well those 1st years. It has tripled in size since I moved it. Not sure what the difference was but I am happy with it now.

Brave World has always performed well here in my zone 6b garden. Have had it for probably 10 yrs. Or more. Blooms well, good scapes and foilage,. Looks and performs as registered. Have not noticed problem with pest or disease out of the ordinary. Brave World has a permanent home in my garden. Thumbs up

This one is registered as having a scape of 27 inches. I have what I think is Brave World, but the scape is at least 36 inches. Can you all tell me approx. how tall it is in your garden? Pretty please. Tina

I love Brave World because of its unique color. Have a couple nice kids from it. Tina, mine is 27" tall max - never got anywhere near 36".

Thanks, Rob. It's a very unique flower, sharing some pictures from my garden. Other than height, it's a ringer for Brave World.

I bought Brave World a couple of years ago. It didn't bloom the year of planting, but it did bloom last summer, and the color is gorgeous. Getting stats last summer wasn't a priority- I remember a bud count that I hoped time will improve. I did set a few pods on it- can't remember if I tried its pollen. I moved all of my daylilies in late summer and am waiting anxiously for spring.

Bravery is not being unafraid. Bravery is being afraid and living life anyways.
