Hello,
I purchased an echeveria which was incorrectly labelled as Paul Bunyan and I am now wondering what I have. It is about 8 inches across and flowers for a long period through September to February which is spring and summer here in Melbourne. The flowers are pink on the outside and orange in the middle. It was hard to capture with my camera. The flower stems reach about 14 inches tall. A recent hail storm has damaged some of the stems.

Sometimes the leaves are more pink

The closest I can find is Baron Bold but I don't know if it is a match or not and I don't know what else is out there.

Thanks.

I spent some time looking at pictures of carunculated Echeverias yesterday and came up short. It's not "Paul Bunyan", or the other hybrids of "Carunculata" that have big warts covering almost the entire leaf. Beyond that I couldn't really say. Shrug!

Thankyou Baja. It is a bit different this echeveria. I like that the warts aren't too dominating and that I can still easily see the shape of the rosette. I also like the red rim on the leaves.

I agree, it is a nice looking, sort of refined plant.

Thankyou for your suggestion Emerson. I think the warts on my echeveria look too elongated to be Raindrops.
