There is a rose named 'Black Prince' which I know, but the rose in your pictures is not that. I don't know a rose called 'Black Princess', but perhaps in your country, things are given different names. However, the rose in your pictures looks a lot like what is grown here as 'Nigrette' or 'Louis XIV' -- the same rose goes by both names, but 'Nigrette' is most likely the correct name.

Nigrette/Louis XlV seem to have more petals and thorns than the rose in question, but I have no better suggestion.

I grow 'Nigrette' (which is the same as what's offered as 'Louis XIV'), and I have found that the petal count can decrease when it's hot. There are some pics under both HelpMeFind pages showing blooms like what the OP posted. Prickles can also vary, and interestingly that was the feature that had me lean toward this identification -- they're rather bristle-like, such as is found among some Hybrid Perpetuals. Of course, there could be another wimpy dark-red fragrant Hybrid Tea being sold in Bangladesh, but I can suggest only what I know myself.

May be as the plant is very young that's why it has less petals and thorns.
