I can't tell if this is a vireo or a fly catcher. This pair was traveling together which is a behavior I hadn't seen before. Its small and fast and I see them in the bushes often. I think they are hunting bugs. They are green as the image suggest which makes them hard to see in the garden.

They look like warblers to me.
