My aunt found this wee thing by a bin this afternoon and isn't sure what it is - can anyone identify it? Any advice on what to do with it?

Whichever Hoya it is, your aunt is very lucky to have found this plant: all Hoyas are gorgeous! Congratulations!

I hope you agreed with Stephanotis floribunda. Its certainly not a Hoya.
