Hoya kerrii Is a plant that I dreamed of for a long time. Unfortunately, the plant I ordered came with such plagues 😥 The white is hard and it does not wear. But I'm worried about these dark spots. What it is? Thank you for help!

That isn;t really a problem. What IS the problem is that this is basically a rooted leaf. Hoya do not generally grow a new vine from just a rooted leaf. Unless yours was extremely lucky and also got a large enough piece of the actual STEM when the leaf was rooted, you will never have anything other than that single leaf. There is a whole thread about this on the site somewhere entitled 'Hoya kerrie scam'.

Thank you for your response. I bought it on the internet and it was supposed to be a seedling / shoot. I saw it was a leaf when I received the order.
Nevertheless, I was hoping to be cured of these spots. I won't throw it in the trash now.

The spots are mechanical damage to the leaf before you ever got it. They won't go away but they won't do any harm either.
Have you contacted the grower to complain?
