Wonderful photos! The tree looks magnificent-- is it a pear? And what is the daffodil variety? And what is the flower in the last photo? Thank you for sharing--what a great idea! Hurray!

Hi Chris- Yes, the large white tree is a Bartlett Pear

Sadly, I do not have the name of those daffodils.

The pink flowers are from our Magnolia tree 'Ann'.

I look forward to everyone joining in!

Thanks, Trish, for the I.D. on the trees. It doesn't matter what variety the daffodils are--they are just stunning. The Magnolia looks healthy and beautiful, too.

I like the idea of highlighting the things from our gardens that bring us joy in these turbulent times. My little ginkgo tree, that I started from seed four years ago, is leafing out--always something to celebrate! And my daffodil that blooms after all the others, Sir Winston Churchill, is fragrant and lovely as always.

Take care,
Chris

Not much blooming here yet. Our weather has been so crazy that plants are confused. Lots of buds on trees and shrubs though so within a few weeks we should start seeing green and color to cheer us up.
