. brad's photo of a wonderful clump. (mine only bloom a stalk and a flower at a time. ) but i really enjoy seeing this flower in its pot.

That is a very different looking iris.

i have two that look similar, and there are more that i dont' own. but, i cannot for the life of me, remember their names so i cannot do a photo comparison..... maybe someone else can help me out?

isn't the database great?! there are several more iris in the db with this similar coloring. look under characteristics, then check the "white" and "lines and speckles" boxes.

Yes, the database is such a neat tool. I think I like EX's wide yellow ruffle out of the group best of all, but I would love to grow any of those

Daphne ~ Haha...I was going to mention Expose as well...but you got here first! (Thank you, Daphne!) It was quite small, but managed to put out a colorful bloom at the end of May.



Elegance in Blue didn't bloom last year, but the year before in late May. It was quite tall and elegant with substantial petals and sturdy stems.



I just loved to see Embers in Time bloom in mid-May then late May.

I don't remember Easy as Pie, it's very pretty.
