They don't look like Filifolia. it doesn't have the right leaves and It looks more like Plumeria Stenophylla.

Plumeria (Plumeria filifolia) is the accepted scientific name, Plumeria stenophylla is a synonym.

That being said, the leaved do appear much different than the needle-like leaves of P. filifolia and more resemble leaves of Plumeria (Plumeria alba)

Stenophylla is not a synonym. Unless it has changed recently Plumeria filifolia and Plumeria × stenophylla are listed as separated species.

Scratch my previous reply. I just looked it up and you are correct.
Plumeria stenophylla is a synom of Plumeria filifolia. Regardless, the pics he posted are not correct.
