Happy Easter everybody! Let's celebrate this special day with your Easter themed and white daylilies as white is the color for Easter Sunday. Thanks! I am looking forward to see everyone's Easter themed daylilies because I have none.

Tim and Jill, beautiful whites! Accentuate the Green looks very white. I wonder if it is as white as Gentle Shepherd.

Jill, I have always admired ISABELLE ROSE! And your pic is the reason why! She is a beauty!

Great White Dove is sure a looker. Daylily white is not my favorite color, but I have Joan Senior which is as pure a white as they get I hear........For Easter I'll contribute this:

I don't have enough whites, I have been looking for a white Tet. with large blooms great branching and bud count and about 30 inches tall. If anyone finds one send it my way.
'Great White Dove': Well it is registered as having a white self with a ruffled edge, but so far mine has not been very white. This is a wonderful plant, but I really would love for it to have been white.

I don't have Gentle Shepherd, so I can't really give you a good comparison. Accentuate the Green is pretty white, though, and rebloomed twice for me last year. So it's pretty white and a good plant.

Thanks Maryl, Marcia, and Larry!

Maryl, that is such a lovely picture of To God Be the Glory! Thank you for posting! This is as close to Easter theme as it gets. I guess there is not that many daylilies named for Easter Holiday as I was expecting.

Marcia, I really like your Ski Jump poly and Forsyth White Clouds. I hope Forsyth White Clouds will bloom for you this year. Would love to see it again.

Wow, your Great White Dove is really yellow, Larry. I have not seen mine bloom that yellow in all the years I have it. I wonder what may cause such yellowing on your Great White Dove. I have quite a number of near white tets but all have a yellow tint to them. None is truly white.

Valerie, thanks for posting your whites! Love your seedling and Snow Empress! They are very white and have lovely forms.

Daylilies & hardy hibiscus
To my knowledge, Snow Elf is my only white (OK...near-white). It's consistently my first bloomer of the year, and I like its light fragrance.

Happy belated Easter, everyone, and/or a joyous spring!
Hardy hibiscus are a hobby, but daylilies are an obsession.

I grow a few white ones. My favorite of all times has to be Isabelle Rose. I have some seeds planted from her. Keeping my fingers crossed for a few nice seedlings.

Also Joan Senior and Ice Carnival. I should try Gentle Shepherd. I have heard it a nice white.
I am also adding this one.

Thanks Valerie and Teresa for two great themed daylilies for the Easter Holiday. They are as beautiful as their names. I love both!

So many wonderful whites, Mike, Teresa, Ken! Again, Isabelle Rose is stunning! Victorian Lace is lovely too!

Snow Elf is adorable! Another plus is that it's an early bloomer. What a great daylily to open your bloom season, Ken!

Mike, your collection of whites is very nice. My favorite is the fifth pic. Is that Elma Tipton or White House Lady?
