Hello. This is a geranium. I'm thinking it is one of the ones that has the scented leaves, perhaps the one with rose scented leaves? These are considered heirloom plants, and there are ones with rose, pine, or lemon scented leaves. They were very popular in Victorian times.
These are different geraniums that what you see at the big box stores this time of the year. They like bright sun and cool temperatures. Water when dry.
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.

No, not herb robert, definitely one of the scented leaf pelargoniums.
