So many beautiful colors, so seemingly little space ... then, how did I just manage to get DH to agree to give up some hapless scrabble-grass part of the lawn to more daylilies? Its even an area that lies blatantly outside of the formal fake-wood garden border trim (no chance to move it, will just have to plant fans directly into the yard.... Not even a hesitation from a guy who normally cannot stand changes or painting-outside-the-lines...) *surprised look!*

You guys are A-w-e-s-o-m-e enablers!!! I wouldn't have though to even try asking him if I hadn't heard of the practice here. LOL Thank you!

Super colors! The color range that I saw when I searched the ATP database for "peach" was anything that was between yellow-pink-orange, so I think Peach would be welcome here, too. If you can point me to a cultivar, though, that you think is a benchmark for Peach, I'd be glad to make a separate post (if you think there would be enough peach to draw some recommendations?) ... Otherwise, the more the merrier in the Orangey-Peachy range!

Here's another picture of ORANGE BLOSSOM TRAIL taken more in the shade, and I think you can see a faint halo there. I don't even remember seeing the halo, to be honest -- I was just totally taken with the color!
