How do you add a plant to a category? can I take one from my list and a photo I uploaded and add it to a category? which I'm kind of seeing as a folder am I wrong?

I'm so new I don't know if my answer will even make sense but there's a place that I can make different categories for plants and I thought that was my personal categories that I could add plants to. I guess I just need to know the definition of what a category is - we can create as many as we want -hope I've made a little bit of sense thank you for your reply!

If I understand you correctly you want to make some plant categories in your profile? I don't think there is a limit on how many categories (I have about 80 so far) and you can call the category anything you want. I even have some categories for non plant items- for instance garden decor.
Click on Manage your List and then scroll to the bottom where it gives you a box to add your category. Once your category is listed and confirmed you can add your photo to it. When you click on add your photo it will give you your list of categories and you highlight which one (or more) you want it to be included in. Make sure you scroll to the bottom if you want to add any notes and to confirm your entry.
