I love this mounded grass (not pampas grass). Anyone know the name? Thank you in advance.

It would really help if you could add a pic to show the detail of the plant ...rather than the car and road way and back ground trees.

The strong wind has really distorted its natural form, making it even more difficult to ID. But I think it could be a miscanthus type, too.
