Hi there,

This is my first time trying to potatoes and I noticed about two days ago some of the holes appearing on the leaves.
I looked closer and was able to see very small white specs crawling across the leaves. I was able to get a few photographs of the insects I found using a 60x magnifier. Could you help me identifying what this is that I found and if they are beneficial for my plant? Thank you and I hope my photos provide enough info to help.

Potato tuberworm adults are small moths that lay tiny oval eggs of white to yellow hue. Once hatched and full grown, larvae are caterpillars, which vary in color and feed upon leaves and stems.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
