Really can't tell from those photos. Possible the plant bolted early with out developing its primary charcteristics. You can rule out obvious types like cabbage, broccoli cauliflower. Best candidates would be leafy types like Rapini. Asian greens.

There are a lot of mustards, I don't recognize the leaf tho it is a possibility. Radishes rarely have the characteristic yellow flowers. Most are white or varying shades of pale purple. Best possibility in my opinion is a turnip type like leaf turnip, rapini or a loose leaf cabbage type like pak choi, choy sum, collard,
