It is not mold.
Insecticidal soaps, Bayers 3 in 1 insect spray following directions. Or cotton swab or cotton ball dipped in a 50-50 mixture of 70% Isoproply alcohol and water. Use enough force to move the bugs around so the treatment can kill them.
Repeat as often as needed.
