5 would be either ilex (holly) or mahonia(oregon grape). Only 2 plants with such leaves at that zone i can think of.

4. Probably Glossy ......Abelia grandiflora.
5. Berberis julianae..much loved for hedging.
Just look for evil thorns which are very obvious in your pic.

You can't have too many viburnums..
Region: United States of America Region: Kentucky Farmer Cat Lover Birds Bee Lover
Butterflies Enjoys or suffers hot summers Enjoys or suffers cold winters Dog Lover Hummingbirder Lover of wildlife (Raccoon badge)
I'll cut/paste Silversurfer's answers here, and provide slight upgrades...

1. Styrax japonica - Japanese Styrax
2. Asteraceae member; sorry, I'm not a herbaceous guy
3. Asimina triloba - Pawpaw
4. Abelia sp. - those pink flowers, so few, and their size make me think it is something other than A. x grandiflora in Charlotte NC
5. Berberis julianae - Wintergreen Barberry
6. Euphorbia sp. - no additional help here, either.
