Incendiary is a favorite of mine. Supposed to have a bud count of 15 to 20, 16 I the most I ever counted, but I am happy with that. It reaches height expectations. Occasionally a little splotchy. I have never gotten the pattern that used to be on Maryott's site, an occasional hint of it maybe, but still beautiful. It does set pods, I have not gotten any interesting seedlings from it though.

I've only had Incendiary for a few years. It bloomed the first year or two but has struggled in my garden. I thought I would lose it this year despite a very mild winter & spring. It has rebounded but the fans are very small. If it survives it is unlikely to bloom for a couple of years.

I never saw the pattern but the flowers were pretty anyway.

Incendiary is a great variety. Normally is solid color, but in the lucky days he's yellow gold dotted on the petals.
Very resistant also in cold northern Italy climate.
In the pic below you can see one gold dotted lucky flower, so resistant to be grown directly in the terrain bag where he was leaved for some time before transplanting.
