Echeveria shaviana or one of the many hybrids of shaviana. Flowers might help pin that down.

Thank you. I can't wait till it blooms! I wonder if it's one that gets really big or if it's one that makes more or both. I've never had one before. Should I leave this thread open until I find out exactly what it is or close it & post again after it blooms?
