Curious to know the oxygen levels in my compost piles. Tips? Probes I can possibly use?

whoa! On a commercial level, maybe..
As a home garden composter, I judge my pile by looks and smell, either OK (oxygen wise_) or not ok, and just deal with it. Or not deal - just ignore and let nature go at it.
Plant it and they will come.

I agree - I just let it do it's own thing.
