All the big box stores seem to carry these. They never seem to go out of style.
So, if you want a conifer that everyone else has, this is it.
I have one that is about 18 years old. It is an attractive conifer.

This article failed to mention that these trees can be planted in large pots as an accent to a patio or front porch. I have two that have been living happily on my patio that faces east for 18 years.
Gardening is good for the soul!
