I've been taking pictures of daylilies for years and couldn't decide how to use the pictures. In May I sent two pictures to a company over in the Tampa area. They printed the photos on canvas and stretched them over a wood frame. This looks great with my contemporary home. So a couple of weeks ago, I sent three more pictures. We hung them this morning on the living room wall, and this is how they look!

Top left is Debary Canary and top right is Tropical Pleasure. Center is Big Red Wagon. Bottom right is Voila Francois and bottom left is a close up of Memphis.

My neighbor showed me some photos of his dogs and of wildlife that he had printed on canvas and came ready to hang - they were beautiful! I had forgotten about them.

What company do you send them too? I'd like to look into it....

Thanks! This means a lot to me. It was SO difficult to choose which photos to use. The good thing is that when I get more printed, we can mix and match. The next project will be a seascape or a elongated photo from a boardwalk that is close that goes through an estuary out to the intercoastal waterway. I'll post when I get those pictures--the weather needs to improve.

How big are these? What are the measurements? They are beautiful, what a great idea.

Virginia, the center photo is 24x20 and the four smaller photos are 20x16. I'll post another picture tomorrow showing how the arrangement looks above the sofa.

These are beautiful! I just finished scanning a bunch of old images into the computer last week, my son growing up, pets, flowers etc. so I could print some and frame them. Now I'm rethinking that idea and adding Juli's X-mas gift thought...I'm in deep trouble...may need more walls

Char, it is much, much more inexpensive to print on canvas than it is to print and frame. I've spent thousands of dollars on frames! My photos have always been on display in our home, just documenting different subjects.

Great idea. FYI, I grew up in Tampa and still have family there. If I timed it right I would not even have to pay postage!

Because I deal with them through email, I wasn't exactly sure where they are located. They are in Venice, FL
