Looks like Sweet Potato Vine to me.

Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.

Yes, it looks like an Ornamental Sweet Potato Vine; there are a few with the pretty lime green leaves:

Ornamental Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas 'Margarita')
Sweet Potato Vine (Ipomoea batatas 'Heart Light Green')
Ornamental Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas 'Carolina Green')
