Adding topsoil to the raised beds where needed. Layer of compost from the tumbler topping that. Lightly spread worm castings then covered it all in wood chips.
Am I missing anything? I wanted to add manure but can't find any.

If you are doing any leaf raking, you could add those on top.

I bought a mulching blower and have been saving the leaves for my composter. I am on Long Island in NY and our leaves haven't fallen much yet. If I have some extra, I will take that advice
