I bought a 4ftx8ft indoor grow tent to house my hoyas. I bought two marsh hydro full spectrum led grow light. I'm wondering if it's enough or I would need more.

I have that same tent and the Mars Hydro lights. I've used it for about 3 years now, and have been very happy with it. It keeps my plants growing well. I've used it to winter over some tropicals and also to germinate seeds using a heat mat inside it.

No, mine was different. I don't think yours was available then. I'd try it as is, and if they don't look good, add more light later. I also added a small fan in one of the openings. It was just a computer fan. It's all on a timer so it goes on and off automatically. In the beginning I would open it up once a day for about half an hour to get more circulation in there. I added a thermometer so I could see how the temps were doing. They did just fine.
