WOW!! That is one beat-up yew!
Cut off anything that is broken, it looks like you did that but check again. Then remove about 1/3 off the top and maybe 1/4 off the sides. Try to lift the stems that are flattened and "fluff" them to see if removing a little off the ends will let them spring back up. In the spring feed it with a high-nitrogen fertilizer (like a lawn food with no weed killers) according to the directions on the package; remember that "if a little is good a lot will be better" is wrong, wrong , wrong. As it regrows shape as you like. There is hope!
