Sort of a wild looking double but I like it. I've had it for many years and it is always a reliable bloomer. It has not been fond of dividing in my experience. When I divided it in 2015 it took two years off before it flowered again. Just digging it up doesn't bother it though. More pollen fertile for me than pod.

A late bloomer for me, just starts to bloom when most of the others in my garden are just ending. Blooms just above the foliage, and every bloom is nice. Returns after our cold wet winters with no issues.
