I bought two ivy plants from the grocery store but they didn't have a name or any information about how to care for them. Can someone please help me with this issue. (Picture is attached) THANKS!

It looks like a variety of English Ivy - Hedera helix. Unfortunately, ivy makes terrible houseplants.

T'byass! Do you have it in the bathroom,? The best luck I've had with them was when mine was in a bathroom, this plant seems to like the extra humidity. As Daisy has said, sometimes it's hard to grow it as a houseplant. Give it as much light as possible,

Ditto to above.
Ivy like these are so pretty though.
It is very cold tolerant, by the way. In your location, an outside spot on a patio or balcony would also make it happy.
My best looking (only) ivy grows outside in the ground all year, where it is much colder over winter here.
This is how I kept the Ivy plant.
It gave it something to cling to and kept it under control.
Was in my house in NJ near a window.
Photo is when I 1st set it up, it eventually filled the cage.
Don't have it any more, gave it away when I moved.
Plants are like that little ray of sunshine on a rainy day.
