My guess?
'Apple Blossom'

Others here are more knowledgeable, and they will also jump in, but H. 'Apple Blossom' might just be the worlds most easily-obtained Hippeastrum, so stumbling upon one is easy to do! Where did you get yours?

Doing a search on 'apple blossom' in the plant database here, the pictures show a range from white to pink blossoms. The lower petals in many photos usually trend more light (or white,) while the uppers trend more pink, as does yours, in both cases.

Ron, a regular on this forum, just might be an 'apple blossom' expert and his theory about color variance relating to nutrients sounds plausible to me
sangel said:pink color may vary a lot, you can see all pictures that i posted, it can be anything from strong pink to almost white color, depending on amount of nitrogen that he got before the bloom.
Here is one of his....

And here she is almost white, from another forum member....

I just posted a few picture links from the plant database.... there are many others of 'apple blossom' to compare with yours.

Looking at this, I would say that it is not Apple Blossom. However, given the fact that Apple Blossom has been around for so long, and there are many strains sold as Apple Blossom, this could be an atypical example of Apple Blossom.

I got mine from a local plant shop but it was with 2 other ones in a plastic bag so I didn't know the variety.

emaryllis.com has a photo of Amore that looks a lot like your photo. I think that could be what you have. Hope you get some viable seeds off of the cross.

@Eliasplants if you get seeds it is Amore, if no seeds will be formed, it is apple blossom

Thank you @sangel seed pods are already swelling up so im very excited!!! I know that it definitely is amore because it has a dark rose color and not pink and the petals and sepals look exactly like amore. The flower shown is not pointed because it got destroyed by the cats but the new blooms are pointed
like amore!!!
