there is a box that allows you to set the number of bids that is allowed for each person. For instance if it is set as one then each person can only bid once on the each trader. If it was set at 5 you could bid five times on each trader. With it set at 50 you should be able to bid as many times as you have bids on each trader. It was my fault I told everyone that I was new at this and I did not know about the box until I seen the error and went back and found the box and changed it. I am not aware of any other issues other than this. I will go back and read the comments and see if there are other issues. This is my first time to host you were all told that I am trying to do the best I can. I am sorry if any of you are upset...........

More info. the tickets were set for 3 because it is a long swap. Everyone got 3 tickets the first night. Tomorrow night it will be 6 bids at 6 PM CST. The next will be at 9, then 12 etc.

The error I made was on the host page that only the host can see. I did not know it needed to be set higher where you could bid on more than once on another bidders offers. It was a newbie mistake, my mistake. I am sorry. That box was set with a default number of 1. I set it to 50. So if you have 50 tickets you can bid all 50 on one trader. It did not affect the nightly tickers you get.

Ah, Thanks for the clarification @thomasjones2266.

It's not that the ticket number got set to 50, but the amount you can 'purchase' from one trader. Essentialy making it unlimited for the amount of items you can get from one person.

I wasn't even able to get on last night at all - not system fault, I was teaching a resin class. So a couple people will have a nice surprise with some extra partial tickets today...

Thomas,
I guess you already saw Dave's post on the "error" thread telling you to set the box to zero to remove the limit completely. Pity the default wasn't zero. If I ever get brave some day and try hosting a swap - I'm going to remember to look for that box!!

Yes it got me by surprize. I waited till late to use my tickets. I wanted everyone to have the first shot. Well that was a mistake also I should have been on at 6:00 pm on the dot. No good deed goes unpunished.

@thomasjones2266 you are doing just fine. You should have seen me my first swap and I wasn't hosting. So no worries here. No hurry but could you list a few of your scalloped squash separate? I would like to get several packs before the swap is over and I do not think the system will allow me to do more than one unless it is separate.
Thank you
Toni

WE will all get over it. This is your first one and I think you did fine. We can't expect an expert newbie. Looking forward to the rest of the two weeks.
